Thank you for taking part in the 2020 Great Big Impact Survey, kindly sponsored by Barclays, for the second year.

This survey is designed to help us showcase the benefits and outcomes of disabled employee networks / resource groups, as well as allies and champions programmes, wherever they operate in the world.

Any employee can take part from any organisation that has an employee network / resource group or a formal ally / champion programme (not just PurpleSpace members).

The findings will be published in the Great Big Impact Report 2020 and will be freely available during our 24-Hour Global Broadcast on 3rd December 2020 to coincide with #PurpleLightUp (International Day of Persons with Disability).

In addition to questions about networks / resource groups and ally / champion programmes we have a few questions about how your organisation has been managing during the pandemic. These have been put together by our partners, Scope, a national pan-disability charity campaigning for equality for the UK’s 14 million disabled people. Scope are interested in hearing from employers about changes and support put in place for disabled colleagues over the past 6 months to inform its campaigning work in the future.

With only 20 questions, the survey should take you no more than 30 minutes to complete.  All answers are confidential and no one individual or organisation will be attributed to the answers.
