What is this about? Penmaenmawr Town Council is in the process of developing a 'vision' for the future of Penmaenmawr Promenade. To do this, we need to find out how people use the promenade, what would encourage people to use it more often, and what ideas people have to improve it for residents and visitors of all ages.
What will you do with the information we provide?
The information you provide will be used to put together a plan, showing how the promenade could be improved, based on everyone's ideas and input from design engineers. The plan will be used to apply for funding from various sources, to top-up the funds that have already been raised through the Precept, and try to make that vision for the promenade a reality.
Why do you need my ideas? This consultation questionnaire is an important part of the process. Funders will want to see that Penmaenmawr Town Council has sought the views of the community and developed the plans that reflect the feedback we have gained from community members. The questionnaire will take approximately five minutes to complete.
Confidentiality and GDPR The information you provide in this questionnaire will be confidential. Your personal information is not requested, and please only supply this information if you want us to contact you - you can add your contact details in the last comment box on the questionnaire if this is the case. No comments will be attributed to individuals in the plan produced, and any data you provide will not be passed to third parties.
Deadline for completion The deadline for completion of this questionnaire is: Monday 29th October 2018
There are three options for completing and handing in the questionnaire:
a) Online through this link posted on Penmaenmawr Town Council's website and social media pages
b) Hard copies of the questionnaire are available at various meeting points in the community, or you can contact Martin the Town Council Clerk for a copy
Completed paper copies of the questionnaires can be handed in to Penmaenmawr Town Council's office.
