Ban Palm Oil Combined with Skimmed Milk in Infant Formula

Here at Kendamil, we are conducting a public survey to present our findings to Parliament. We are calling for a ban on the use in the UK of Palm oil combined with skimmed milk in infant formulas.

We believe that if all regular formulas sold in the UK reached a higher standard then there should be less need for parents to have to buy, or be prescribed, expensive Comfort, Hungry, Anti-Reflux formulas and speciality formulas. We enclose a short survey of nine questions.
1.Would you agree with a proposal to the UK Parliament to ban the use of palm oil combined with skimmed milk in infant formulas sold in the UK?(Required.)
2.Has your child ever reacted to infant formula sold in the UK with one or more of the following conditions:(Required.)
3.In which country is the infant formula that you buy made?(Required.)
4.If you cannot tell in which country your formula is manufactured, would you like to know where the milk comes from?
5.Was your child ever diagnosed with lactose intolerance or cows' milk allergy?(Required.)
6.If you were asked: Is skimmed milk + palm oil cheaper to buy than whole milk powder? Would you say:(Required.)
