Annual Registration of Business Interests

The Governing Body, Headteacher and staff of all schools are required to guard against conflict between their business/professional interests and their interaction with the affairs of the school and its best interests.

This information will be kept in a Register of Interests which is required to be made available, on request, to interested parties, eg. fellow governors, Education Funding Agency, financial auditors, accountants, and others with a relevant interest.
