Board of Review (BOR) is the formal sign-off process for RGMs-in-Training to become fully certified RGMs. As our #1 Leaders, RGMs play a critical role in the success of our business and we want to ensure they are prepared to lead restaurants. Through the BOR process the RGMs-in-Training will have the opportunity to showcase what they have learned during the certification training program to a panel of cross-functional ARLs.

About your Board of Review 

The Board of Review consists of several components designed to assess your comprehensive restaurant and leadership abilities.  It is the formal certification process for you to become fully certified. As our #1 Leaders, RGMs play a critical role in the success of our business and we want to ensure you are prepared to lead restaurants.

During the Board of Review, you will have the opportunity to showcase what you have learned during the certification training program to a panel of cross-functional Above Restaurant Leaders.

You are required to prepare a 20minute presentation covering two topics from a choice of six which will be shared with you before the date your certification takes place.
