Healthwatch Plymouth - Child & Young People Feedback Survey

Healthwatch Plymouth is gathering feedback from young people/families about their experiences of using children & young people’s services in Plymouth since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Healthwatch Plymouth is your independent local champion for health and social care services, ensuring the voice of the patient is used to influence and improve services for local people.

All responses will be anonymous. The information provided in response to this survey will be collated, analysed, and used to inform service providers of how patient experience has been impacted by the pandemic and how services can be developed to better support parents and children.
