Love Wavertree recently held a 'community zoom' to discuss the next steps for Love Wavertree's Community Hub. As a part of the meeting, we considered ways that we can bring the community together, later on in the year when rules allow. The idea to bring back a version of the 'Liverpool Show' was suggested as one of the ideas. We want to explore this as an early consideration. We will be consulting on the other ideas in the next few weeks too!

We are supportive of the possibility of a 'Community Led, Liverpool Show' on 'The Mystery' as it could well be a unique opportunity to bring the city together after such a difficult time. Even at this early stage of an idea, we feel that engagement of the community is important it success, if it does happen. We would not want to explore further, if the community did not feel this type of event is necessary.

We are asking people across the city to share initial thoughts on the idea of a Community Led Liverpool Show, which we will share with Liverpool City Council and others. This would obviously need to involve numerous partners, and may be too challenging to deliver, but we are gathering thoughts even at an early stage.

The survey will be open until 1st May and the results shared at our next community zoom... You can also visit the Love Wavertree Community Shop to fill in a hard copy survey.

Please note, this is simply an idea at this moment and would obviously need to adhere to all necessary government guidelines.
