CCPS/CiS survey on workforce challenges in children's services

This survey is part of a joint project between CCPS and Children in Scotland developed in recognition of the need for greater pace in achieving progress with the Getting it Right For Every Child agenda, i.e. more child-centred working practices, better joined up working across and within sectors, and a more transparent and effective shift in resource to support early intervention and prevention work.

The purpose of the survey is to gather more robust evidence of the workforce challenges within and across specific services provided by the third sector working with children, young people and families, often in partnership with a range of statutory bodies across the children’s sector.

We want to know more about the third sector’s experience of the barriers to better integrated working across partnership services.  Information from this survey will be confidential and anonomysed.  We are planning a follow up focus group to discuss the results of the survey.
