Introduction

The CCG has commissioned an extended GP access service, which provides appointments with a GP and other healthcare staff on weekday evenings and weekends.  This service commenced in April, and is provided from the following locations:-

·         Chadwick Practice, One Life, Park Road, Hartlepool.

·         Tennant Street Medical Practice, Tennant Street, Stockton.

·         Woodbridge Practice, 30 Myton Road, Ingleby Barwick.

We are now evaluating the service and we would like to understand:-

·         the experience of people who have already used the service, and

·         the reasons people have not yet used it
