Your Future, Your Views - We need your views today

In June 2019 our members accepted the 2019/20 pay offer being tabled by COTA. Now that the issue of COTA pay bargaining is settled for the next 9 months or so Unite Offshore is planning some more detailed work on other issues affecting the Offshore Catering workforce.

This survey will help us to get your views on some specific issues as part of our broader Unite Offshore, Your Future, In Your Hands campaign.

In particular we are looking for your views on

· Ad Hoc and Precarious work in offshore catering - including the impact on mental health and wellbeing,

· Your Offshore Rotas - including the impact upon mental health and wellbeing,

· What you would like to change  about your work on your particular rig or with your particular offshore catering employer.

Get Active, Get Organised, Get Involved. You can be a spectator in a future that is written for you, or you can be an author of what is written. Unite Offshore: Your Future, In Your Hands.

A better future is possible, if you choose to fight for it.

Help us achieve this by taking five minutes to share your views today.

All and any individual responses will be held as strictly private & confidential to Unite and will at no time be shared with management/HR or any other 3rd party.
