UCU is in negotiation with OU management over the Group Tuition Policy (GTP) implementation problems.  We are demanding a commitment to review, to consult, and for fair and appropriate recognition of the significant amount of extra work incurred by our members.

This survey is addressed to academic, research and academic related staff to provide the information we need for our negotiations.  All the information gathered given here will be treated as confidential.  Due to the particular nature of the AL role, the impact on ALs is being investigated and negotiated separately.

Please contact ucu@open.ac.uk if you would like to give information about the impact on ALs, or if you have any questions or comments to make about this survey or GTP in general.
