Inspiring Connections: Register to be an Advocate

Registration now open for our 2021 programmes.

Inspiring Connections gives individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds the opportunity to build the confidence, aspirations and networks they need to find meaningful and sustainable work.

As an Advocate, you will support a group of Inspiring Connections Candidates alongside other professionals and business owners. You will work with Candidates as they participate in six group based sessions exploring personal and professional development. Advocates are not expected to be experts in any particular field, nor are they asked to lead sessions. The only pre requisites to being an Advocate are having a professional story to tell, an openness to sharing your experiences and a desire to support those who may have had less opportunities than you.

The next Inspiring Connections programmes run for six weeks from 27th January and 17th March 2021 (with breaks in the programmes over school holidays). The first session is a mandatory induction. Sessions are then weekly on Tuesdays.
