Ocean risk or opportunity - Is the Blue Economy investible?

Question Title

* In your opinion, is the Blue (Ocean) Economy investible?

"The Blue Economy is the sustainable use of ocean resources for economic growth, improved livelihoods and jobs, and ocean ecosystem health." (World Bank)
"A sustainable Blue Economy is one which:
- provides social & economic benefits for current & future generations
- restores, protects & maintains diverse, productive & resilient ecosystems
- is based on clean technologies, renewable energy & circular material flows.
"
(WWF)
While the ocean-based economy is expected to grow at twice the rate of the mainstream economy by 20301, the value of global ocean assets is estimated to already be at over US$ 24 trillion2, making the Blue Economy the seventh-largest economy by GDP globally. The topic is high on the public and policy agenda, pushed by the United Nations with the G7 and several governments pledging support and large amounts of capital towards developing a sustainable Blue Economy.

However, to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals, most notably SDG 14 - Life below water, private capital investment will be needed. Further, with ocean health and impacts tightly linked to the threats of climate change and other anthropogenic threats, such as over-fishing, habitat destruction and pollution, a large amount of capital is at risk.
