CAFE Conference 2021 – Event planning questionnaire

Since 2009, CAFE has worked towards a world where disabled people are able to take their rightful places across the footballing world as fans, employees, volunteers and decision-makers.

As part of our work, the CAFE International Conference take place every three years, with each event bringing together disabled fans, clubs, national associations, football governing bodies and other key stakeholders from within the sport and the wider accessibility sector to share examples of best practice, promote access and inclusion and celebrate #TotalAccess within football.

This year will see CAFE host its 4th International Conference. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and ongoing travel restrictions across large parts of Europe and beyond, we will not be able to meet in person at a stadium as with previous CAFE Conferences. The 2021 event will take place online.

We are inviting previous CAFE Conference attendees and all our key stakeholders to complete our questionnaire to help the CAFE team plan for this event. The questionnaire will focus on key planning areas, including proposed dates, timeframes of sessions, topics to be covered and access requirements.

Your responses will help CAFE prepare the 4th International Conference, helping to ensure we make the online event enjoyable, accessible, and informative for all stakeholders.

Completion of the Questionnaire:

The questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Alternative versions of the questionnaire are available upon request. If required, the questionnaire can also be completed over the telephone.

Data Protection:

Participation in the questionnaire is entirely voluntary, and all personal information and responses received will be regarded as strictly confidential. No data will be accessed by anyone other than CAFE staff, and CAFE will share no contact details with third parties.

If permission has been given, CAFE staff may contact respondents to discuss answers further. By completing the questionnaire, you consent that your responses can be used in future CAFE reports and publications. No comments we publish will be attributable to respondents and no personal details will be shared.
