Introduction and Background to the Survey

Dungannon RFC is currently conducting a consultation exercise relating to current facility provision at Stevenson Park (BT71 7DS) and the possible development of the existing facilities. In particular we want to understand the current usage of the facility- how often is it used, what is it used for, the quality of existing facilities and quality of current provision within the existing facility.
At this stage, the Club is hoping to gather the views of current and potential user groups to determine the need for future provision which could be offered at the facility. The aim is to outline the key activities that Dungannon RFC and any partners will implement to create an inclusive and accessible facility for the benefit of members and other users.
The importance of completing this survey cannot be underestimated, as it will ultimately inform decisions to be made regarding the future provision from the premises. Your time taken to complete the survey would make an enormous contribution to the overall project.
