Parent Carer Wellbeing Survey 2021

Taking a moment to think about you.

As parent carers navigating a global pandemic our focus has been the wellbeing and progress of our children.  But how are we doing after this difficult year?

This survey asks questions about your general health and wellbeing.   There are also questions about access to the services that you need in order to get well, stay well and keep going in your caring role.  Anonymised data from this survey may be shared with 3rd parties to encourage the commissioning of services to support our parent community.

'CYP' is shorthand for 'child or young person' and you will see this term used throughout the survey.

Short Breaks / Respite Care

Short breaks are an opportunity for children and young people with SEND to take part in activities that they enjoy and might be difficult for them to access without extra support.  They also offer parent carers a break from the demands of their caring role and can improve mental health and family relationships.
