We are inviting freelance trainers (RTPI Members, industry partners, and professionals from various discipline) to develop CPD training materials with our National Training Team for RTPI Members.

Person Specification for RTPI CPD Trainers
- Specialist, expert knowledge with at least 10 years practical work experience in the field or topic you want to train others.
- Experience writing training guidance notes and delivering presentations, webinars, and live workshops for groups of professional learners.
- Confident speaker with experience delivering presentation in virtual and classroom environment (fluent English with good articulation, and skills 'talking to time'
- Advanced level presentation skills using PowerPoint.
- Ideally you will have 2-3 years’ experience in training, mentoring, coaching junior professionals at work.
- Natural aptitude and passion for learning and development, supporting others' professional development.
