We understand that this continues to be a challenging period for clubs as we all return back to a form of normality. We hope that you are all safe and staying healthy.

The intention of the survey is to:
1. Understand how clubs have managed during the 2021 season.
2. Evaluate our communication and support to clubs.
3. Understand the support clubs continue to require as our sport looks forward to 2022.
