Background

Intercom Trust is going to be launching a new LGBT+ specific support service in Devon and Cornwall for people experiencing domestic abuse, called Safer Rainbow (working in partnership with TDAS in Torbay and Firstlight in Cornwall).

We want to know what our communities would like from this. To do that, we need to learn from your experiences.

This survey is completely confidential and no individual will be identified from this. The information you give will help us to design our service and to inform commissioners of the difficulties people face.

We realise that it asks questions about very personal and often very traumatic experiences and so please do take time to complete in safety and use our Intercom Helpline for support: 0800 612 3010 or email helpline@intercomtrust.org.uk (open Mon - Fri, 9am to 4pm)

If you are currently experiencing violence or abuse in the home, we encourage you to call the National LGBT+ Domestic Abuse Helpline 0800 999 5428 for support and advice.
