SCONUL Journals and budgets survey

This survey is designed to support SCONUL's work to develop a common position, with our stakeholders, on behalf of the community on the future of OA policy in the UK.

This follows the announcement by Sir Mark Walport, Chief Executive Designate of the UKRI, that the new body will undertake a review of open access policy over the course of its first year, and the wider conversation taking place about the future of open access policy in the UK five years on from Finch.
