This year’s conference takes place on Saturday 9th September in the Stirling Court Hotel from 9.30am.
 
There will be a variety of speakers delivering throughout the day. Including Scottish Government, Sport Scotland, Community Clubs, Young Leaders and more.

Conference Ticket includes: Access to speakers and workshops, Scottish ClubSport AGM, Lunch and refreshments during the day.

Accommodation includes: Bed (single occupancy - unless you request a partner ticket) and Breakfast.

Members Dinner includes: 3 course meal, After dinner speaker, Awards, Quiz and Raffle.

This year we have heavily reduced the price of our conference tickets in response to the current landscape. Prices for this years conference are;
- SCS Full Members (£30) - including member clubs of Sports Councils/ClubSport Networks.
- SCS Associate Members (£40)
- All other delegates (£50)

Accommodation (£80 per night) and evening meal (£35 per night) is a set price by the venue and will be added onto your conference ticket price dependent on your ticket selection below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment
When we receive and confirm your registration, we will send an invoice to you for the amount due. Invoices should be paid within 14 days of receiving. We can accept payments via BACS or alternatively, if you can only pay by cheque, we will arrange payment with you.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that any cancellations made within 4 weeks of the Conference (11th August to 9th September) are liable for 100% of the Package Fee. Cancellations made before the 4 week deadline (11th August) will be liable for 50% of the Package Fee.

If you are required to self-isolate due to testing positive for Covid-19 or have been in close contact to someone who has, or has been suspected of, testing positive for Covid-19, then you will be liable for 20% of the Package Fee to cover Admin Costs.

Should the Conference be cancelled, by us or the venue due to Covid-19 or any other reason, all bookings will receive a 100% refund. 
 
Safeguarding
If an organisation brings a young person Under 18 (15-17 years) then 2 members of the organisation must attend and ensure they have a PVG/Disclosure and agree to be responsible for the young person for the duration of the event. Scottish ClubSport will have a Safeguarding Lead present on the day (Jacqui Dunlop).

Accessibility and Facilities
Should you have any venue specific questions regarding facilities, accessibility, parking etc. please forward them to info@scottishclubsport.co.uk. There is ample free parking, all rooms are en-suite with tvs and hairdryers. There are a limited number of accessible rooms available and the venue is accessible throughout.

Photography
Individuals participating in Scottish ClubSport events consent to their photograph being taken or being video recorded, by a representative of Scottish ClubSport. These photographic images/videos may be used in promotional materials for Scottish ClubSport, both in print and digital media - including social media. Images/videos may be shared within the sport sector, including partner organisations of Scottish ClubSport, for promotional materials both in print and digital media - including social media. Consent will remain valid until an individual advises us otherwise. Our National Development Manager should be contacted on ndm@scottishclubsport.co.uk should participants wish for their photograph not to be taken during our events. For delegates under the age of 18, you will be required to complete a permission form before the event which will be sent to you once we receive your registration form.

Additional Information:
There will be a raffle drawn at dinner on the Saturday night and all funds raised will be donated to Scottish ClubSport's new young people`s working group. All funds raised will go towards the delivery of youth leadership training for young people within our network.
