South Glos Parents and Carers (SGPC) are the local parent carer forum in South Gloucestershire. We represent the collective voice of parents and carers of children with additional needs and disabilities helping to influence the provision received from education, health and the local authority in South Gloucestershire. 

You may be aware that South Gloucestershire Council are working with school leaders in how top up funding for Education, Health and Care Plan's (EHCP) is allocated. If you have any views you wish to share, or any questions you want us to ask on your behalf, please leave your feedback.

This survey only has a couple of questions so will only take a couple of minutes. All of your responses will be stored securely and kept confidential and anonymous.
