Assessing employer appetite - Can you create a 6 month funded job for a young person?

The new Government Kickstart Programme will be providing fully funded work placements for young people from the Autumn, so there would be no cost to the employer for wages AND no commitment to retain the young person after six months.

We want to make sure that every business in Liverpool can access this opportunity, especially SME’s and sole traders. We’re assessing local appetite with employers to make sure we help as many businesses and young people to flourish post covid.
