COVID-19 Impact and Support Survey

Please can you spare a few minutes to complete the attached survey.

It relates to recent changes to business operations (announced September 22nd) including 10pm closing for hospitality businesses, staff face coverings for all, NHS QR Code tracking. More info here: UK.GOV: what has changed (22nd September 2020)

These 10 questions will help us to gather information so that policy makers, politicians and local authorities can understand the challenges you may be facing. Where possible, we will also use this information to direct our support. 

Your information will be collated and anonymised before it is shared. The only person with access to this survey is Stephanie Kerr, Executive Director, BID Leamington. All data will be destroyed once it has been collated.
