We are a small group of local people working to gather views on what a county-wide system that grows good quality, affordable, healthy, locally grown food that improves our natural systems like soil, water, and habitat, actually looks like. We're asking for your thoughts on what's right, what's wrong and what we need to do now. Some questions give options, some are completely open. All your views are welcome!

making sure all types of strategic partnerships in Cornwall make food a central issue, rather than a separate issue

making it easy for young people to be involved in this process of making things better

ensuring all decision makers understand failure to ensure everyone has access to sustainable food creates multiple problems for our communities and economy

making it easier to give small sustainably operating producers access to land on which to grow, and possibly live

ensuring access to markets that can compete fairly with supermarkets

a decision to make Cornwall a place that's known nationally for its sustainable, healthy, fair food system

joining up all the great initiatives already happening via good partnership working

developing a training programme for decision makers in economic development/health/planning to help put this at the centre of decisions

a communications programme to show how good food connected to fairness, climate change, health of people and the planet, jobs, creativity and the future of our young people

training programmes for all age groups to find out more about how food grows, how to cook it, and why thinking about it is important
