Few things hit the spot when it comes to fuelling a long bike ride quite like a flapjack. Apart from being super tasty, they power your rides primarily with their main ingredient, oats, which with a low GI (glycemic index), releases carbohydrates more slowly over time and helps to regulate blood sugar.

TORQ’s range of organic Explore flapjacks do just that and are available in five flavours: Apple Strudel, Banana Cake, Bakewell Slice, Carrot Cake and Ginger Cake. As well as the flapjacks, the prize comes with TORQ’s Carry Canister (worth £12). Made from a single piece of aluminium, this robust and stylish, airtight and screwtop container is perfect for storing up to 800g (depending on density) of product such as TORQ Energy Drink powder or TORQ Press Coffee. Place it classilly on your kitchen counter at home or securely in your bag on your travels. TORQ developed it as a reusable storage container, as they move away from supplying their products in larger plastic tubs in preference for pouches.

The Promoter is Immediate Media Company Bristol Limited.
The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.

By entering the promotion, the participants agree:

The winning entrants will be the first twenty correct entries drawn at random from all the correct entries before the closing date. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the close of the promotion by email. If the winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within 5 days of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
