IOR Members Survey 2019

This survey is for Members of the IOR to tell us how you think the IOR is doing.  This is your opportunity to say what you think about the direction of the IOR and to let us know whether it is meeting your expectations. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete and is only open to IOR members.

Each year the Board of Trustees (Council) sets IOR priorities each November for the next 12 months. The current priorities in place since November 2018 are shown below:

1.       Widening member participation – involving more members in activities, decision making and ensuring members are aware of what services are available and how to access them eg on line webinars and gaining CPD certification. 

2.       Promoting the benefits of IOR membership to those new to the industry whether at colleges or new recruits by employees, including working with RACHP Institutes overseas.   

3.       To continue to update the IOR communications methods, branding and IT – such as the website and publications design.   

4.       To work with those specialising in the air conditioning and heat pump fields to raise awareness of what the IOR can offer this sector including technical information and networking.
