SUBU's Focus Group on Placement Experiences - Application Form

Thank you for considering taking part in our focus group!

SUBU is running a focus group on the experiences of BU students when applying for placements. The focus group will take place between 11:30am and 1:30pm on 30^th November. Applications will close on 17^th November.

In order to be considered to take part, you must:

be a current Bournemouth University student.
have at least considered applying for a placement while studying as a student at Bournemouth University.

The aims of this focus group are as follows:

To understand the challenges and barriers to finding and applying for placements.
To understand what support and guidance students receive when looking for placements.
To find out what the ideal placement support looks like, in order to fit the needs of students.

We will invite at least 8 students to participate in this focus group. We want the participants to be representative of the wider BU student community. We also want to include students who were successful and not successful when searching for a placement. Therefore, you are required fill out this application form. If selected, you will be contacted by our VP Student Opportunities, Holly Tyack. You have the right to withdraw your participation at any time.

Those who are chosen and participate in the focus group will receive a £20 Asda Voucher!
