Introduction to survey

We are the independent champion for people who use health and social care services. We are here to listen to people’s experiences of using local NHS services and work with the people who run the services to try to improve them for local people.
We also provide information and signposting around the NHS and social care. We are a charity and independent to the NHS.
We’re conducting a short survey asking people about Long-Covid. This is when people feel their symptoms of Covid have not gone away. There is a specialist clinic at King George Hospital for people who feel they have long Covid. Your GP can refer you to this clinic.
The survey is anonymous and will take 5 - 10 minutes.
