Where are there gaps which any proposed development of this type can seek to meet/fill? What do community groups need? What do Ballybay residents need? What do local businesses need?

(e.g. partnership/collaboration with other community organisations, local businesses, Monaghan’s diaspora, cross border opportunities, other partnerships that could be created or existing links developed)
13.Do you know of any examples of community and enterprise space that are good practice?
