The ASMR Psychologist's Survey

How Does ASMR Help Us?

I'm The ASMR Psychologist, thank you for taking part in my research and helping me explore the potential that ASMR holds for our health and well-being and it's viability as a legitimate compliment to existing treatments.

Specifically this research aims to explore how ASMR can help us and who finds it most helpful. With this in mind the survey includes a range of questions about your ASMR preferences and more general questions about you and your relationships. If you read each question and give the first answer that comes to mind the survey should take between 5-7 minutes to complete.

My aim is to publish the results in the public domain to add to the body of evidence supporting the benefits of ASMR . I hope that with your help this will be the first of many such studies and publications. The more people who get involved the more powerful the results will be, so if it feels right to do so, please share the link to this survey with those you think will be interested.

Join me on YouTube for ASMR & Psychology videos and regular updates on the research:

Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions that arise from the survey. You can leave your questions in the comments section of any of my videos or in my community section and I will do my best to get back to you as soon as I can.

Warmest Wishes & thank you again
