UKSPA Member Survey 2023

In addition to allowing you to understand your location in the context of the wider innovation ecosystem, the data collected are an invaluable resource for UKSPA. The insights from this survey enable us to capture the size and value of our diverse membership and your contribution to the growth of the science and technology economy. This enables UKSPA to build a strong case on your behalf when acting as an advocate for the sector. 

We would be grateful if you could complete your response no later than 15th March 2023.  By way of an incentive, all completed surveys received on or before this date will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win one of 3 Amazon vouchers, with a total value of £200!! 

Please note that all data are aggregated for the purposes of the analysis and no individual organisations will be named or otherwise identifiable. Contact information is solely required for research management purposes and to enable the assessment of survey responses weighted to market size.

While the majority of questions are easily completed at any time, as in previous surveys approximately 25% of questions are seeking specific/detailed data in respect of lettable space and occupier type. To complete these questions you will require:

- data for gross/net/vacant lettable area
- development pipeline
- tenancy schedule detailing occupier type and leased space

The survey allows you to complete in multiple sessions, and re-enter at the point you left off (data is saved upon completion of each page, rather than each question). This feature is available across multiple devices.
