* 1. The ULI Sustainability Committee is proposing a new vision for how we work to promote and engage people in sustainable real estate and land use . We would like your views for the following:

OBJECTIVE: Championing an inclusive, equitable future through social, environmental and economic stewardship in the real estate sector, making good sustainability practice the behavioural norm.

STRATEGY: Drawing on ULI’s unparalleled global insights and multi-disciplinary networks, we share best practices and success stories, amplify innovative thought leadership, clearly demonstrate the value of sustainable behaviour, and drive cross-sector debate on realising a better built environment.

HOW: We equip members with the tools, knowledge and connections to embed sustainable practices into their work through networking events, debates and research. We work collaboratively across ULI, and also work to forge greater partnerships and collaborations with other real estate bodies and sustainability centres of excellence so we as an industry can collectively move further faster.
