Supporting Scottish Craft Butchers

Local food businesses, such as butchers, play a key role in supporting the health, nutrition and well being of their local community.
In the current climate health is as important as ever.  Reformulation of food products is a great way to improve customers health by changing key ingredients to main range products to reduce salt, fat, sugar and calories or increase vegetables and fibre. This process can easily be done in small simple steps.
The aim of this survey is to gauge how important offering healthier products is and how we can best support you moving forward.
