Spring 1 Extra Curricular Clubs 2024

Please complete this form to book extra curricular clubs. Please fill in one form per family. 

Clubs are free and available to all year groups.
Clubs commence 15.01.2024- 22.03.2024 and end at 4:30pm.

3.Which lunchtime clubs would your child (Child 1 starting with the youngest if multiple children)  like to attend? Remember that reading clubs are worth 3 home reads. PLEASE COMPLETE EVEN IF YOUR CHILD DOES NOT WANT TO ATTEND A LUNCH CLUB(Required.)
