Accident Investigation and Safety Culture

An SCSC seminar held on the afternoon of 27th April 2022 by Zoom. This seminar featured four speakers and looked at the relationship of safety culture to accidents. Talks covered a range of sectors, including rail, nuclear and military aviation and examined the issues from different perspectives.
