Health of Liveaboard Boaters

We want to hear about your health and experience of the NHS.

This survey will take around five minutes to complete. Everyone who takes part will be entered in to a draw for a £50 voucher of their choice.

The aim of the survey is to gather information on the health of Liveaboard Boaters. The information we gather will be used to advise those who plan and commission services for the NHS on how they can better meet the needs of Liveaboard Boaters. All of the information we collect will be anonymised before it is shared.
