Autism in Schools Survey – Children and Young People

The purpose of this survey is to gather the opinions of children and young people with autism about their mental health and wellbeing and their experiences within their school.
The survey is open to those aged between 9 and 18 years (from year 5 to sixth form/college).
The survey is completely anonymous and will be used by NHS Cheshire and Merseyside and St Helens Council to help develop local support for children and young people with autism.
If you need any support or have any concerns about your wellbeing, please seek help from your parent(s)/Carer(s) or school, which may include a SENCO, Senior Mental Health Lead, Mental Health Support Team, Resilience Service and School Nurse.
The closing date for responses to this survey is 28th April 2023.
