SEND parent feedback

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.  We are seeking the views of as many parents and carers on SEND in South Tyneside.  We are keen to improve services for children and families, and want to know your views on how you find services currently and what would make the biggest difference.  The questions below are grouped into 4 broad areas, EHCPs, Information and Advice, Service Quality and Preparing for Adulthood.  You are free to answer as many or as few questions as you wish.  All responses are anonymous and confidential.
