The NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme turns 60 this year. As a former member of the scheme, you can play a vital role in celebrating its successes, exploring its impact on the nation’s health and wellbeing and forging its future.
Our survey will create a unique, valuable and authentic record of the achievements, experiences and careers shaped by the scheme.
We’ll use the results to create a documentary, compile research and inform debate about how we create the next generation of NHS leaders. We’ll explore the findings and share them later this year.
