What is the Postbox for?

Cumbria's SEND Partnership invite parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities to leave feedback on SEND services across health, education and social care. All questions are optional and you can provide as much or as little detail as you like.

This postbox is 'emptied' monthly and the feedback gathered will be passed on to the relevant service for their attention.

Please note - this postbox is for SEND service feedback only. If you wish to make a formal complaint you should contact the relevant service and follow their complaints procedure in the usual way.
