Meta skills are timeless, higher order skills that create adaptive learners and team members and promote success in whatever context the future brings.
The Why
These are the skills that enable individuals to perform at a high level daily; in a changed world of work they will be required by all of us. It is the meta-skills that act as a key to unlock the development of other transferable and technical skills.
Developing and enhancing meta-skills is a necessary competence that will help individuals to adapt to a constantly and rapidly changing world, that demands flexible workers equipped with ‘21st century’ skills.
