ALL PS Staff - Take part in this (anonymised) SEP Impact Survey to
ensure that your voice is heard!

Dear Colleague

We're writing to you as a PS staff member of The University of Manchester to ask if you could please fill in this 5 minute ANONYMOUS survey to gauge your thoughts on the Student Experience Programme (SEP).

To remind you of what the University's SEP is all about, the following is an extract from the SEP website ...

(SEP) is a major change initiative for our University, introducing new technology and processes to improve the experience for our students and staff. In tandem, it is supporting the development of people and structural changes, namely a revised staffing model and new ways of working together.
UMUCU representatives will soon be meeting with members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to review the SEP and so we want to hear what you have to say about it, what impact it has had on you and your colleagues and how successful you think it has been. We know that as a member of PS staff you probably feel that your voice hasn't been heard much in recent years, so now's your opportunity to have your say!

Please feel free to pass this survey on to other PS staff of all grades,  whatever their roles e.g. IT, technicians etc.

Thank you for participating in our survey. The UMUCU Executive Committee

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: We're striking for better working conditions for ALL staff members, so if you can't join us on the picket line then please make a contribution to the UCU hardship fund. All contributions welcome! Click on the link below to donate:
