The information you provide will guide everyone involved in the appointment on the criteria and behaviours that are key for success in this role. The final report combines everyone’s answers, so we can explore with the Search Committee where there is agreement and where there are differences of opinion.
We have found that having this conversation early in the recruitment process ensures that all of us have a clear vision of what the successful appointee should look like. We can then all use this to guide us at each stage of the selection process.
