Further to David Furniss’ recent communication about working with GatenbySanderson to recruit John Vinney’s successor, we would value your feedback on the competencies and skills which the successful individual will need to possess. This online survey is designed to help us collect your views.  Please be reassured that your responses will be treated anonymously and collated by GatenbySanderson.

The information you provide will guide everyone involved in the appointment on the criteria and behaviours that are key for success in this role. The final report combines everyone’s answers, so we can explore with the Search Committee where there is agreement and where there are differences of opinion.

We have found that having this conversation early in the recruitment process ensures that all of us have a clear vision of what the successful appointee should look like. We can then all use this to guide us at each stage of the selection process.

This survey should take you around 10 minutes to complete and will be open until Noon on Monday 30th October.
