Welcome to the Wolverhampton Clinical Commissioning Group (WCGG) 'What Matters to You?' Survey

We all want to lead convenient lives, we shop online or buy our groceries at the supermarket in the evening after work. We recognise our NHS healthcare shouldn’t be any different. Your care should be convenient, easy and close to home wherever possible.

Our aim for the future is to provide you with a seamless journey across organisations closer to home, making sure you, your family and carers have the right care, at the right time, in the right place.

This is why we are asking the question 'What Matters to You?' because we want to find out exactly what you think about the healthcare services in Wolverhampton right now, what we can do to improve and what you would like to see in the future.

The healthcare services can range from mental health services, children's and young people's services, GP surgeries and maternity services to name just a few.

Every voice matters, so everyone is welcome to take part in the survey as your feedback will be used to improve the healthcare services in Wolverhampton.
