Hollies Parent Survey Ongoing

Please use this short survey to let us know your thoughts on the operating procedures at the Hollies on an ongoing basis. You can answer the survey from the same device on multiple occasions at different times and all answers will remain anonymous.
1.If your child has not attended Hollies during the latest lockdown restrictions, do you anticipate they will attend before the end of the academic year?
2.Are you reassured by the steps the Hollies is taking to address the challenge of providing childcare in the current situation?
3.If your child has not previously attended holiday club would you consider using this provision if you required childcare?
4.Do you feel reassured that the Hollies staff have supported your child/children during the current situation?
