Next Level Recruitment

Creative Alliance are known for specialising in entry level roles: using the apprenticeship programme to recruit, train & progress talent into their first paid creative, digital or marketing role. We are now being asked by employers about talent for ‘second level job roles’ as we have a database of young people who have now a few years of experience and will be looking to progress: if not with their current employer then with someone else. This short simple survey is designed to give us a sense of just how much demand there is for such a service
1.What sorts of second level / next step roles do you usually recruit to and what job titles do you give them? Name up to three: (Think in the broad areas of Account Handler, Content Production, Design, Development, Technician etc.)

2.What is the average annual wage bracket do you advertise second level / next step roles at?
3.How do you usually do your recruiting
4. How interested would you be in accessing a dedicated pool of talent which includes former creative, digital & marketing apprentices looking for their next step?
5.How highly do you rate experience compared to educational achievement?
6.How highly do you rate the following model for our recruitment service:

A simple brokerage model: you pay a small fee to post your opportunities to a talent pool of people who have paid a small fee to get first access to those opportunities?
7.How high do you rate the following model for our recruitment model:

A recruitment model: you pay for a service for us to advertise, sift, shortlist and send through applicants that meet your specification?
