NHS Doncaster Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is working in partnership with hospitals across South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire to look at how Children’s Surgery should be provided in the future.

We want to know what is important to you if your child, or a child you know, needs an operation.

This is your opportunity to let us know your thoughts. 

Your feedback will be used to help shape the options for a formal public consultation about children’s surgery and anaesthetic services which is due to start at the end of May 2016. We’ll be clear in the consultation how your voice has influenced the plans.
