Thank you for taking the time to take part in our survey.

About the project
Maudsley Learning are working closely with our Healthier Southeast London (SEL) Integrated Care System (ICS) to understand the impact health and wellbeing platforms and Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP’s) have had on health and care staff within the region.

Our approach to this project is to understand how well the Keeping Well South East London service addresses the needs of the service users to help inform the future directions for staff wellbeing services and service design.

About Keeping Well Southeast London
Our Healthier Southeast London ICS set up the Keeping Well South East London (KWSEL) service, which is a health and wellbeing platform available to health and care staff. KWSEL is a partnership between the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) Services provided by South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM), Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust (Oxleas), and Bromley Healthcare and Mind (Bexley). Keeping Well SEL support is available to all staff delivering health and care services across SEL.  This includes a universal service through a digital portal, such as access to self-help resources, self-assessment, webinars, live chat, and a community forum.

Participating in the project
We would like to invite you to consider taking part in the project to share your perspective and experience of health and wellbeing initiatives and Employee Assistance Programmes available in SEL. You don't have to have used KWSEL before to take part. You will be rewarded for your time with the chance to win a £100 voucher at the end of the survey.
