Barnet Libraries Children's Event Evaluation Questionnaire

Thank you for attending a children's event with Barnet Libraries recently. This evaluation is intended for one event only. If you have attended the same event more than once, please give us your overall feedback. Your comments are important to us and will help improve our events in future. If you attend different events, please complete a new evaluation for each. 

If you are aged 17 and under, you will need your parent's consent before you complete this evaluation. 

 

To ensure personal information about you is secure, all your answers will be treated in the strictest of confidence and stored securely in an anonymous format.  We never release information that in any way allows an individual to be identified and only report on aggregated groups of respondents.
